Healing Vision Board

I created my Healing Vision Board a few days ago and hung it up next to my bed, so that I see what is important to me each day first thing in the morning.

Some important points for me are:

~ Surrendering and praying to Jesus and Source and lay my healing into their hands and living from my heart

~ Saying Yesss to all my life's experiences and fully trust in a higher loving Source beyond my limited thinking

~ believing in wonders and trusting my intuition

~ less is more and trusting in my primordial womb wisdom

~ writing and creative flow

~ the more I loose control and let go of old baggage, the more space is there for new possibilities

~ living from silence and spaciousness from within

"Silence is like a cradle holding our endeavors and our will; a silent spaciousness sustains us in our work and at the same time connects us to larger worlds that, in the busyness of our daily struggle to achieve, we have not yet investigated". ~ David Whyte

What if you committed to connecting to the silence between your actions? What if you explored how silence cradles us all in a larger world? What if spaciousness became your default setting, rather than busyness? Today let silence sustain your work. Commit to seeking spacious ease and effortless flow. Go with the flow of the river that will bring you to the vast ocean of wisdom. (Some wisdom from HeatherAsh Amara)

Inspiration for making your own vision board:

A vision board is a pictorial representation of what you want to manifest in your life. If you have time to create one of these, it is not only a fun process and different to working with words, but the visual creation can help supercharge your intentions. This collage of images and words from magazines, for example, or your own drawings and art can serve as a powerful reminder of what you want to bring into your life. Be sure to place it somewhere that you can see it most days.

"Intentions are a direction for your soul as to where you need to lean next."

Intentions can both focus your dreams and also reveal to you, through the writing process, what you really want and why. Allow yourself the inner space to be free about where these intentions will take you, even as you decide to create them.

Exercise:

Take a moment to write out all your intentions for yourself for what you want to attract into your life.. Try and do your best to stay in a positive mindset and be open to explore feelings and states of being trying to manifest as much as form.

Here are some questions to help you with this process. Feel free to journal about those before creating your vision board.

● What have you felt yourself recently being nudged towards? Desires, places, people, things?

● Is there something that has been revealed to you by your higher self that feels like a true direction?

● What essential experiences and hopes are you trying to bring yourself?

● What is the underlying desire beneath each intention? Example, do you want more money so it can free you from a certain aspect of life?

● Are there any intentions that you feel any judgment around and if so, what can you do to release some of those self-judgments? Example, do you notice you judge yourself for wanting more or different to those around you? Can you notice the judgment, affirm you are ‘allowed’ to desire this intention and you are willing to ‘release’ any energy, emotion, pattern or element of a relationship that is holding you back?

Enjoy the process of your vision board creation and I would love to see some examples in the comments sections below.
